Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Script Panel Pro for Adobe Illustrator and your purchase of the Pro edition through this site.

Seller and purchase

Script Panel is operated under the LevelUp trading name by Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Pokataev (official Georgian registry name: ინდივიდუალური მეწარმე პაველ პოკატაევ), registered in Georgia under identification code 306386808. Legal-notice address: Police Alley 5-4, Samgori District, Tbilisi 0182, Georgia. Support is available at hello@script-panel.com.

Script Panel Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase priced at $29 USD before any applicable tax or discount shown in Paddle Checkout. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Paddle provides the hosted checkout, acts as the merchant of record for the transaction, and issues the applicable receipt or invoice. The final total, currency and any applicable taxes are shown before payment.

Product and licence

Script Panel Pro helps users organize and run local Adobe Illustrator scripts. A Pro purchase is a one-time, lifetime licence for the product version and future updates offered under that licence; it is not a subscription.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the scripts you add to the panel and for understanding what they do before running them. Script Panel can run locally selected .jsx, .jsxbin and .js files. We do not review, control or endorse user-provided scripts.

Delivery and support

After Paddle confirms a completed payment, we provide a protected download for the Windows or macOS installer selected during checkout. The delivery link is short-lived and is created only after server-side payment verification. If a link expires or a download fails, contact hello@script-panel.com with your Paddle transaction, invoice or receipt identifier. See the Refunds page for purchase-support guidance.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the product is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for data loss, document changes, script behaviour or workflow interruption caused by third-party or user-provided scripts.

Adobe notice

Script Panel is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe. Adobe and Illustrator are trademarks of Adobe in the United States and/or other countries.

Refunds and mandatory rights

Purchase-support and refund requests are handled as described on the Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that apply to you under applicable law. If a provision of these terms conflicts with a mandatory rule, that rule applies to the extent of the conflict.

Changes

We may update these terms when the product or its sales flow changes. The updated date above shows the current version.
