This policy explains how Script Panel Pro handles information when you use the extension, visit this website or purchase a Pro licence.
Who operates Script Panel
Script Panel is operated under the LevelUp trading name by Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Pokataev (official Georgian registry name: ინდივიდუალური მეწარმე პაველ პოკატაევ), registered in Georgia under identification code 306386808. Local extension data
Script Panel runs on your computer. It stores panel preferences locally in Adobe Illustrator’s CEP storage, including a selected library folder path, script names and paths, organization, favorites, tags and run-history timestamps. This information is used only to operate the panel.
Payments and delivery
Paddle provides the hosted checkout and acts as the merchant of record for the purchase. Paddle processes the information needed to take payment, issue a receipt or invoice and support the transaction under its own terms and privacy notice. We do not receive or store your payment-card details. We receive limited transaction information, such as a transaction identifier, status, selected platform and purchase amount, so we can verify payment and provide the purchased installer.
After Paddle confirms the completed payment, our server creates a short-lived protected download link for the Windows or macOS installer you selected. The installer files are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. We do not expose a public paid-file URL.

Website measurement
We record limited operational events to understand whether the website works: Free-download starts, checkout creation and completion, protected-download outcomes, selected platform and bounded campaign information. For acquisition reporting, we keep only an external referrer host and campaign labels supplied in page links, such as UTM source, medium and campaign. We do not store full referrer URLs, payment-card data, full payment details, IP addresses, browser fingerprints, session recordings or advertising audiences in this operational dataset. Operational events are automatically deleted after 90 days. Payment and order records are retained as needed for support, reconciliation and applicable business obligations.
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides separate aggregate website-traffic and page-performance reporting for this site. It is not used for advertising or retargeting. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Paddle and Cloudflare are international services, so information may be processed outside your country under their respective policies.
Your scripts
The extension accesses only the script files and folders that you select. Running a script executes that local script inside Adobe Illustrator.

Tell us what you are requesting and provide enough context for us to find the relevant interaction. We will handle the request under the rights and requirements that apply to your situation. Do not send payment-card details, passwords or private scripts.
Security boundaries
Payment-card data is entered into Paddle’s hosted checkout, not into our website or extension. The site uses HTTPS, private storage for paid installers and signed short-lived delivery links. The extension keeps its working library data locally in Adobe Illustrator’s CEP storage.
